I drive the A40 on a weekly basis but was very surprised recently at how bad the drainage is on that stretch of dual-carriageway. En route to Classic Le Mans I was caught in a downpour while driving to collect my passenger in Oxford. The sitting water on the Witney bypass dual-carriageway must have been about 2 inches deep ALL THE WAY ALONG THE ROAD. [&:]
