SC Register Day

Great to hear everyone enjoyed themselves, the year is so full of events it's just best to get on and arrange something otherwise nothing would get done. Nick sounds like a great guy and of course many thanks to him which I have also expressed personally.

I was also told that I need a set of tyres. The recently opened Costco in Bristol has quoted me £297incl for a set of Michelin Pilot MXX3 N2 (205/55 ZR16x2 and 225/50 ZR16x2). Special offer ends this month. Sounds a good deal to me. Any thoughts?

Clive, great price - did they give you a cash and carry price with no fitting? Will head for Bristol this week methinks - we are going to South Wales to see another Porsche for sale so on our way.

Sorry I missed the register day boys, we will have to do one again next year and sort out plenty of notice (so no flippin' wedding receptions get in the way) [;)]

This is an "opening" offer so not sure if it applys to other Costcos.

I have actually ordered mine today and they will be in stock mid-week so they dont hold these sizes as stock items. The deal is £83 for the 205s and £102 for the 225s and a 20% discount applied to the £371 total before the end of June. You need to be a member (costs £30) but this is easily recouped! I'm not an employee honestly! Tel no is 01179 160143.

I'm not sure if the F1 chaps will approve of my choice of tyre but I'm sure they will be OK

Don't you go worrying about that buddy, you cannot beat Michies as an all-rounder on a road car, they are top notch and that is a great price. Will ring them tomorrow and see what the story is.
