SC-What does it all mean?

Totally agree with you John, furthermore if you are happy to modify your SC [:D] then it is a great base car to search out some healthy horsepower gains for.

yeah, but I've still got 4 more hp than geoff

And on a 1980 car an extra 127kg or 279lbs in English money.
Therefore a 1974 2.7S has a power/weight ratio of .1584 bhp/kg
A 1978/80 Sc has .1414 bhp/kg
A 1980 car has.1526 bhp/kg
A 1981/83 car has.1758 bhp/kg so they got there at last!! it took them 3 years to do it and it was still only the same as the 1976 Carrera 3.

Mind you the 3.2 Carrera has a ratio of .191 but thats only a carrera maybe the power came from dropping the 'Super'.[:D][:D][:D]

Anyone want to buy an anorak?

...and I can vouch for Mr.Marjoram's 4+ BHP after trying to keep up with him down the Mulsanne straight - and that was when it being used as a regular road!

P.S. I love your photos (and they are cropping up everywhere) from the Classic.

SC - seriously competitive!
