Mick and I would love to join you on your trip but unfortunately I would have to be back home before the term begins on Mon 3 September. We're even prepared to forego the Goodwood Revival scheduled for 31 Aug, 1 & 2 Sep.
My half term in May is the last week 28th May - 1st June inc. I know that everybody else will probably want to avoid the school holidays but I don't have any choice! Sue

Many thanks to Iain, Mark and Claire for a wonderful tour. We were introduced to lots of fabulous roads that we have never discovered before, met many nice people, enjoyed some great dinners, and experienced for the first time the excellent RAC recovery service!
You can view thirty of our photos here, but they don't include John o'Groats!
We look forward to next year.

Great pics Brian, that's a good way to share them.[]
So, you have prompted me to do the same. Have opened a Photobucket account, hope I've done it right![8D]

Steve - Your photobucket album works just fine. I particularly enjoyed your photos of the north coast, which we missed.

Steve, GREAT photos. How did you manage to take so many good photos and be at the next night's stop before me?
What camera do you use?
