Scottish 964 owners, advise please.

Any 996 N/A engine will be a gamble but the gamble can be minimised with some choice mods or buy one with the mods done.

IMS Guardian or replacement, tensioners, ramps, etc, etc, etc. I will tell you after I finish the rebuild of my own 996 engine!

Let me know as I've just bought one, a 3.4, c2, LSD, M030 and sleepless nights worrying about the engine between runs!

Once I get it I'll take you up on that. Just need to sort out insurance and a lift to Hawick, the lift to Hawick being the difficult bit [8|]........anyway. Cheers Richard

Its a C2, its near concours condition bodily, have never seen one as clean, but needs a major service, bit of a long term investment plan, im brining it to scotland october but after service just going to store it till next summer when Im home,

Sounds like an excellent investment, I reckon the values of good original 964's will go up rapidly in the next few years. [;)]
