Hi Melvin, and all lovers of the RS 964 and Cup

I search photos of the 964 RS of national competitions and the Supercup 1993.

To thank all those who can provide photos of the years when the Porsche 964 RS was the car of the Cup / Supercup.

Thank you very much

Best Regards Joseph

They just look RIGHT don't they![:)] When I see pics of the current Supercup Cars, somehow they just don't do it for me....know what I mean?

I'll take it that is the Hackkinen car up front followed by Uwe Alzen in the Maritime car....followed by the Porsche VIP car (Black/Yellow/Shell Oil)...who drove the latter in that race?

Thanks for the pic Joseph![:)]

Absolutely great times....I have that race highlights on DVD with the Hakkinen interview . The 964RS is a classic evolution of the original 911 , in the same way that pre-war Mercedes and Auto Unions were a classic evolution of the GP car . Speaking of Hakkinen , the sooner Des returns to the fold the better [:D]

The Hackkinen car I spotted last Saturday in Datchet up on ramps at Tognola's. It has some very nifty trick brake cooling ducts inserted in the floor of the car.
I wonder is it that vefry Cup Car? Does anyone on here own the car at Tognola? Are the trick ducts original or later design? So many questions on such a lovely car!

Love the graphics, where would you get them from [:)]

Mark Sumpter at Paragon, although I have all basic Cup Car graphics for 1991 cars on printers computer, complete set for £200.00.

For a white car, car decoration Hakkinen is precious, it is also a pilot in which I admire.

My favorite is the white car on Mobil used for Wolfgang Land, use, but with some differences regarding their Cup 93

.... but RS is my network, I opt for a personal decoration that refer to persons who collaborate in the development of my RS

Ahh, I see you know that car well Melv. It is a stunning looking car and in great condition. Are the floor mounted cooling vents a period trick?
Impressed again with your ability to rustle up pic! Thanks for .those

Agreed that the Mobil 1 graphics take some beating! ...the car shown above however is the RSR recreation built by that Yank dude off Rennlist IIRC. The spec on that beast is truely awsome! I've saved that pic for wallpaper on my phone!

Joseph, was it you who gave me the two afternoon sessions on Sunday in Spa --- in Sport ?

If so, did you receive the Spa stickers I left on your windscreen ?
