Delighted to be in a position to contribute to your challenge. For context: I joined PCGB as soon as I bought a Panamera (my first Porsche) in 2021 and let my membership lapse when I changed to an Audi S5 In 2022. Despite really enjoying the S5 convertible I missed not being part of the PCGB club. This changed on Friday when I collected my Macan Turbo from FA Roper in Bradford. I rejoined the club as soon as I took a test drive in the Macan the previous Saturday.
The team at FA Roper were fantastic from start to finish (thanks James and Paul) and the car is a dream to drive having air suspension. It is a Gen 1 model from 2016 and it has a full Porsche service history (3 OPC stamps) and I’m delighted to share that it has never had an advisory in its MOT history - 5 first time passes.
I’ve signed up for the 9th July event at Sewerby Hall & Gardens and I look forward to my first club meet at either The Motorist or Beverley Golf Club. Please excuse the stock FA Roper picture, I’ll take more as I venture out over the coming weeks and months.
Regards, Iain
