Theres an OPC in Nottingham but .......
Guy who bought my Cayenne said there is a more local sports car place that "specialise" in Porsche but not sure who or where they are.
PCT at least stamp the book with a stamp that says PCT Porsche Specialist which looks better than "Joe Bloggs under the arches garage".

For older Porsches, Kirkman Motors specialise in them plus other sports cars. Their head guy, Simon, worked for Monarch. he actually PDI'd and serviced it when new. They also have some 'breakers' for those hard to get parts. I've used them for a few years and always had excellent service. They are at Cavendish Bridge, Shardlow.
Kirkman also trade under the name of PH Sportscars & they serviced both my 944s at various times. I've always had good service from them & Simon in particular, is very knowledgeable. They often have cars for sale, including repaired CAT C or D cars so it is possible to get a good deal from them, as long as you are happy to have such a car. They break cars, too, so you can get good value spares.
With my 968 I used PH Sportscars and still deal with them for family runabouts such as my MX5 and my son's Polo.
Before that I DIY'd.

Zentrum in Cotgrave Nottingham have looked after my 993 for the last 4 years. Would highly recommend them.
Andrew
I think Andrew means "Calverton" Nottingham for Zentrum (unless they've moved and not told me!) We use them a lot and they have always looked after us well. []
I have also decided to stay in the fold with such an expensive, complex and car in fact when it was MOT'd last year it was also due for warranty renewal, it passed MOT but failed warranty checks on a loose steering rod joint different limits between safety check and warranty check so I said it must have had a poor surface finish when fitted in the factory to show such wear. £600 to change and then cost of warranty, they offered to do the job for free if I paid for the part and had the warranty. Ok £60 for the part. The job included a full alignment check and printout.
Certainly glad I kept the warranty as a few weeks later the chrono pack failed and took out all of the column operated electrics! Indicators, trip computer, wipers the lot! New chrono pack specially ordered from Stuttgart, recovery etc a few hundred quids worth. I think this year the warranty has paid for itself, it doesn't always of course but factor in breakdown cover if like me you like to drive in Europe and it seems pretty good value.
