Yep. My local has changed all Optimax pumps to V Power. Boss says Opti is being totally phased out. V Power price here is the same as Opti - nice little bonus to find a UK retail outlet that does not seem to be whacking the price up for a new product.

Well, they would have whacked the price up if it wasn't for the competition from the supermarket . So keep Tesco99 in business if you want the V-Power prices to stay reasonable... []

I actually have 20L of Optimax ... I bet if I had it tested it will be the same as what comes out of the pump today.
I wonder how much this would 'cost' shell if the truth was know .....any Shell employees on here
RichardLW: French V-Power has always been 98 and Germany V-Power 100... we would have probably had a simple name change with V-Power 98 if it wasn't for the competition from Tesco99...
