Should I change from my 993 ?

Hi again John,
Near yet so far! I will try to get along to the March Club night at Cadnam. OPC's are sometimes useful for some parts and helpful advice but I would avoid their high labour charges. Have you visited Steve Bull at Devises. I have and they seem to be very down to earth folks. Worth a visit for a chat perhaps. I used AutoFarm at Oxford because they have the fancy electronic kit to test the suspension geometry. You probably know that. Interestingly their engineer Mark was very helpful giving advice about all sorts of aspects which I found most helpful. They offer a pre-purchase check at a reasonable fee compared to some, maybe they would give your car the once over so you will know if any potential nightmares are lurking. This alone may give you a steer as to which way to go. Mind you 996 engines have been known to go pop when they have not been cared for too well. At least the 993 is very well proven. Good luck with the MOT.
Richard.
