silverstone F1 practice

Well I'm going to visit for a couple of hours as I've got to speak to some one in there driving school anyway, (and it beats decorating) I'll post my report when I return.

Mate

What time are you getting there, am only 10 mins from Silverstone and have to go to Porsche and Euro Car Parts MK anyway tomorrow so will meet you there in the car if you are going to be around. I'm a Woking Mini Cabs fan myself but it doesn't bother me that it's only the Buzzin Hornets, EJ is one of our own!!

Cheers Kevin

Glad you guys are coordinated. All was going well until 4pm this afternoon with an expensive sounding clunk from the rear. I'll spare you the details - suffice to say I'll not be watching the Jordans tomorrow after all and will instead be dropping the engine for the second time in three days...

Well, you'll have a fab sunny day by all accounts - have a great time.

Hope it's not too expensive mate. Good luck

Great to see the Buzzin' Hornets nose to tail on the track today with two SC Cabs side by side in the car park, nice one Kevin. Hope some of you guys can make it down for the next public access testing days which are set for 27th to 29th of this month. Kevin mentioned that he might bring his flask so we should be sorted for a decent cup of coffee.[8D] [;)]

No times yet available for today but apparently yesterday they did 182 laps between them and Pantano was within a tenth of Heidfeld (still mindbendingly awesome in an F1 car despite it being a tailender). Perhaps the rumours of Pantano possibly being replaced by Euro F3000 Champion Augusto Farfus Jr. are unfounded...

Check out the much reduced Jordan website budget here, new look site on the way.

Top class thread/idea from SRD, hope the repair bill is not too hefty mate and maybe see you in two weeks!
