I will do something for Damian from NJ -- that is the least 'we' can do as a club. Been thinking about what else to give him, perhaps talk to the good lady she is good at such things.

Cannot make it on the 4th April though -- (will be in France getting some speed up on the slopes though). -- well gutted again to miss a 'special' 968 event, not at Bristol, not @ Oulton either.

i think it was 9 cars that turned up -- did not beat the record of 12 from last week though. Got the record for the longest journey to a UK 968 event -- Damian a warm and gentle man from NJ USA.

Track was dry all day, 4 miles in length and great fun. Did 190 miles and had the great pleasure of whizzing round with some of the guys in my car.

Will give a fuller report & more pics when i get a chance in a day or so.

If you were wearing on open face helmet, then it is probably you as I think the others had full face helmets.

Funny though I do not recollect such a high level of fear coming from your seat! -- next time just give me a sharp prod with a pointy stick and I will slow down a bit!! And I do look forward to the next time, ru coming? -- April 24th for me at the same venue -- hope it is not so cold this time.

Problem is I want to go faster to catch those guys in their CS's, so we both have some thresholds of speed to raise.
