I'm confused - you appear to have swapped a clean looking Momo Race for a suede not-sure-of-name which appears to be worn shiney on the top. [&:] PS - I always liked the look of the Race, but managed to pick up a brand new Fighter off ebay for less than £100. Much nicer to hold than the Lozenge. See HERE.
 
Sorry, it's not for sale just yet. For what it's worth I've never felt the Race looks quite right in my 944, it's a bit too showy, but it's a comfortable wheel so I'll probably put it in the 944S (assuming I don't sell it, the car I mean!). I bought the new wheel with the intention of recovering it in alcantara over the winter. It's interesting to compare the car through both wheels, it feels quite different, the smaller diameter of the new wheel is making a difference, but I think it goes deeper than that. I'll swap back at some point to make a proper comparison.
 
I have a black anodised with red leather Monte Carlo and I had to change it, because I drove everywhere too quickly. The wheel egged me on!
 
Don't you find that a 'problem' with a stripped out car though Simon? I certainly feel my car comes to life when pushing on, at constant speeds the noise can get a bit boring, the ride a bit relentless but give it some stick and its a completely different animal [:D] Thankfully there's just enough grunt to ensure I don't get stuck behind traffic very often so it's rarely a major problem.
 
To some degree yes, although mine had the carpets replaced. You can really hear the exhaust with a polycarbonate rear window too... [:D]
