[:D] Steve, Brian and Mike,

Just like to say a big thank you for Emberton Park day. Did enjoy meeting up with Porsche chums. Only sorry it has taken me so long to drop you a line of thanks.

Don' t know if any of you have see this before, but I pass it on for what it is worth for those who have been making just a little more than progress. A good friend of mine sent the details through to me today.

You may not know, but due to recent legislation to deregulate access to
police records for motor offences, it is now possible to view the national
speeding offences database to see if you have been caught speeding and not
yet notified.

Go to the internet link below and enter your registration number - you can also view
the ' offending' photograph if necessary.

NB It is possible to bypass the login details by entering XXX for both
username and password.

Looks authentic enough until you see the photo.
I assumed it wan' t bogus when I first tried it and nearly sh@t myself when I saw there was an offence pending.

Nice one - worth resurecting on 1/4/04

Hello everyone,
I' d just like to say on behalf of DT Concours (Adrian and myself) a big thank you to everyone who attended on the day. We where made to feel very welcome and thank you especially to everyone who listened to us while doing our presentations, I think the results made it worthwhile.

A special thank you as well to Flatnose Mike (if I can use that expression) who allowed us to use his beautiful 911 Flatnose in the main demonstration and again I think he would agree that the results where worth the wait, also thanks to Mike for an ice cold beer which topped off the end of a fantastic day.

The venue was great, being able to take your car almost anywhere in the park is a massive benefit and everyone seemed to respect the park, we where the last ones to pack up and as far as I could see it was left in the same condition that everybody arrived.

Thanks for the invite Steve, it' s not eften you get a perfect day but this came as close as any, we made some new friends, saw some great cars and even did some business.

Stuart,
