Me too but I haven't yet made it to the dry cleaners. Great night but sooooooooo loud in Tayyabs. Good to meet some new people and catch up with old mates. Well done Des for sorting it all out but how much did I drink at your place? The walk home turned into a bit of a stagger and a filthy hangover the next morning but hey, its Christmas.ORIGINAL: Nick_USA ....strangely enough everything I wore last night smelt of curry this morning .... and so went either in the wash or to the dry cleaners !!!! I always make it home; I have some crazy mechanism in me which takes over no matter what. Last year I did lunch with a client when I had the flu starting up and had a few ibuprofen prior to a very alcoholic lunch, followed by several hours in the pub. I remembered walking to Turnpike Lane station but when I emerged onto the platform at Victoria I was taken by surprise as I didn't remember anything inbetween. Got on the train feeling very ho-hum indeed and got talking to a woman who was far worse than me and had to walk her home as she was utterly incapable of walking to Bromley College on her own. Walked home, went to bed and stayed there for three days. Not clever. Sorry about the brandy. Who paid for the cab? Looking forward to next year already so maybe we should do a summer event too.ORIGINAL: carreraboy Richard I was a bit worried about you walking home alone, you put a big hole in my Hennessy XO!
