The Annual Posh Porsche Picnic is back - 24th September - Yorkshire Sculpture Park

Sadly our plans have had to change and we are no longer able to attend next Sunday‘s Posh Porsche Picnic.


This however will be good news for someone on the reserve list; please contact the organisers, Adam and Karen Carey to arrange to get our tickets.

Hi Everyone just a quick update before next week - the gates will be open from 11.30am to 2.30pm (so you are more than welcome to park up and experience what the park has to offer), with the picnic to be served between 2.30pm and 3.00pm, for anyone who has not attended this event before the entrance that we will be using is accessed via Park Lane from Huddersfield Road and is NOT via the main entrance, every year we have someone that tries to access the main carpark so please note the staff will NOT let you in this way without charging you. If you are coming from the direction of the M1 you need to continue straight over the roundabout at the main entrance and turn left when you see the sandstone monument and continue down Park Lane to the park entrance, follow that down to the learning centre and cafe on your right where we will be located in the car park.

All dietary requests have now been submitted to the caterers.

Fingers crossed the weather will be a bit nicer than today, otherwise we might have a very soggy picnic - although we do have an indoor area if it gets too bad.
