R18's legendary representatives Wilson, Heney and Kellock set off at lunchtime in convoy with E type Jaag, Tiger Avon and, erm, VW Passat.

So far made it to M6 Toll (tiger needs refuel already!)

Updates on the way...

:)

Would you deal with a company called 'Wilson, Heney & Kellock'?

Hope Rob's French is good enough to get you off the speeding ban Jeremy. Jamie won't be driving too fast - more worried about his hair style than whether or not the Bogster will actually go above 130 kph! [;)]

Enjoy your trip guys, I'm sat here watching the rain washing the flags.

Cheers,

N'est-ce pas Google Translate merveilleux, il fait même son Colin intelligente, pense que ce qu'il pourrait faire pour Zeb et d'autres personnes du Yorkshire!

How many times have you had 'polishing' stops to keep those cars nice and shiny?

Cheers,

Cochon [8|] ,,c'est n'est pas si amusant-peut etre les "puddings" sont assez intelligent aussi. Quel chance mais possible.

(thank god for my traveller's Collins dictionary-not that I use it (& you can tell!))

Oui, la Porsche blanc est plus vite que la Porsche bleu de Jeremy.

Having a fabulous time over here but I suppose it's a bit far for Porkers in the Trough 4!

Mange Tout, Rodney, mange tout.

Living the dream...

15 minutes earlier we were caught roof down in torrential rain and got a good soaking, much to the amusement of J and J in the turbo. Fate will return the compliment I'm sure...

Toujour la tristesse-you evil child attraction-is this the films of the book I ask? You should have taken sou'westers & capes for the downpours -still French sun soon dries you out.
Great story line-enjoying this enormously ( but not the duo picture on the boat-put me off me tea![&o]

200kph is 70 kph higher than the highest autoroute limit!
got this from the web - Be careful in these countries: fines are extremely severe like in France where, if you go over the limit by more than 50 km/h, the fine will amount to 1500 euros while 6 points will be withdrawn from your licence, you will be disqualified for up to 3 years"¦ and might even be put to jail for up to three months!

I suggest you slow down a bit and enjoy.

Cheers,

Don't worry, French points not valid in uk nor disclosable, nor
would ban apply in uk. J has of course passengered in the turbo...

Not been on the autoroute, enjoying Brittany,
