The price is right ? (no this is not another 944 value thread !)

Never had to replace or repair front wings on a 944 yet, are these just bolt on? £1400 for a pair seems reasonable and you know you have future proofed the front end for a few years.

Bolted and bonded. There is a seam of sealant which runs the length of the top joint and then the whole of the underside is slathered in about 5mm of underseal which does a fine job of cementing everything in place (and covering the 3 bolts into the A pillar). With all the bolts undone there is still a fair bit of careful pursuading needed to get the wings to separate from the body.
 
Thanks, sounds a reasonably easy job if you have the time and room. At least you can make sure it is fully treated and sealed abd any issues under the wings are treated.
 
Probably at lot easy if your replacing as it don't matter if you damage them on removal, would go and check fitment be they paint and bond.
