This Sundays Top Gear

Top quality, plenty of laughs, worth the sacrifice, can't of done the 944s image any harm.

It wasn't that bad, was it? I still find I could be watching a repaet on Dave, rather than a new episode though.

I wonder if the Scorpio Hearse forum is worried about one of their finest being wrecked? [&:]

Daniel Riccardo does come across as the nicest guy ever. Stunning job.

I suspect the type of people who watch Top Gear ( In its current form ) are the type who watch Wrestling and think its all real! Clarkson is a tit...

Enjoy watching their antics but it makes my piss boil when they are wrecking classics, the number plate thing in Argentina was Clarkson trying to be funny, and he should have suffered the consequences, even though he his trying to distance himself from it i will bet my house he buggered it up and wants to forget about it after his recent airing in the press over his rascict comments which moves him near the stage exit !!

And he knows it !! [:D]

A freedom of information request and a little bit of investigation showed that it was a legitimate registered number. Absolutely no question at all.

What's the deal with the Mugs they were drinking out of this week around the table...and the lapel badges week before???
Had a certain flag on it...

Have to admit watched it last night and was bored usual rubbish shan't bother wasting time on it again

Usual silliness/rubbish... but I quite liked the daft tailgate conversion on the '44[:D]

"Top Gear" is

"An hour a week where absolutely nothing is achieved, but the path to 9-year-old escapism is briefly lit up. This is an important service we provide, and therefore essential that being 9 should remain a massive remit of our films. Almost everything we'd filmed was, once again, aimed at people with a mental age of 9"

according to the "Top Gear" producer of 21 series.

That's all you really need to know about the show. If you fit the audience profile, enjoy it. Otherwise watch something else.

Top Gear

Sunday evening light hearted, funny entertaining rubbish, and has been for years that's why we (some) love it!!
Plenty of sheep on the "hate Clarkson" band wagon!!

If you are not aware, it's not a motoring programme

It's the last bit of fun of the weekend, can spend all week getting wound up - over nothing................

Laughed so much last night it was excellent...

And the cars that have been played with, all low mileage, 1 or 2 owners, full main dealer stamped history book, good quality sills, all working electrics no doubt! - Really?
Come on guys, surely there are more things in life to worry about, I mean you must be concerned about getting old? Right? - I think I am only 9 [:D]

And after all, it was only a Turbo - [:D][:D][:D][:D]

Did anyone see the new Classic Car offering on Channel 5 last week?

Quentin Willson & Jodie Kidd for the rich kids, Classic Merc Gullwing, 6 miilion quid Ferrari for Jodi to test, trip to the states for Quentin to drive various Mustangs & a £5K classic spot with a TR7 as the choice...

A bit wooden for me, but it'll be worth watching to see if it improves.

To furiously agree with various posters = Its light hearted fun and a group of boys enjoying themselves on various jolly japes !

I laughed my head off last nite and had tears rolling down my cheeks, just what I needed after a fight with the wheel arch liner and a crappy pop rivet gun !

Completely agree; I loved both of this series so far and laughed a lot last night. I'm sure there's quite a few extra people surfing for 944s this week as well.

I really enjoyed it and have huge respect for Miss Kidd.

I love their rationale for raising the speed limit to 112mph, conveniently ignoring the small matter of reaction time.....[;)]

Chilean (spelling ?) flag, lapel badges and mugs, childish digs at Argentina , they crossed the border into Chile to make their get away.

Surely all Turbo owner's cars have now shot up in value? It's all about supply and demand..... lots more of the latter and 1 less of the former..... that must equal a grand or two!!
