Tom Ferguson visit Sunday Oct 26th anyone?

ORIGINAL: Kenny

Can't speak highly enough about Tom. He spent loads of time showing me how to strip my 911 gearbox down. He didn't even laugh when I fitted my brake callipers on the wrong side and hence upside down.

quality, we've all done stunts like that, really made me chuckle

reminds me when I retro fitted rear seat belts to a Renault 5 years ago and could never get them to run smoothly to fasten, always locking on the roller mechanism and only inching out a fraction at a time. When cleaning the car years later to sell it i saw 'droit' and 'gauche' printed on the fittings and realised I'd fitted them the wrong way round. My kids had spent years in the back seat of that car unable to breathe the belts were that tight[:D]
