Turbo/S2 front tow eye ripped at and possible chassis / panel damage .. experiences?

Wow! I think if I'd got my car back with those issues my heart would have sunk! Those gaps look horrendous. Glad you've got it sorted so swiftly and effectively. I assume the towing company are covering the costs for you.
 
Phew !!! I was going to suggest a chassis alignment check but I am really pleased its all sorted out for you.
 
I'd be getting a lawyer to have a look at this one. If you can prove negligence in the towing then they should pay for the repairs.

Took them all off and started fresh. The nose had been pulled fwd and down.
