Do you have stock air box? Why not a vent in the front off bonnet with some boxed in ducting to let out heated up air which cools the ic

If the number plate is removed you can cut out the area giving a larger grill putting a larger charger cooler ic here would work. Maybe you can duct air from the lower vents up to rad

Put number plate on badge panel. A charge cooler rad in the stock ic place?
 
Id blank it off then. The 931 style badge panel does nothing to help with airflow over a 951 intercooler - quite the opposite in fact.
