TYRE PRESSURE

Stuart....is that 32 all round ? I have my tracking being done in Harston today and was querying the pressure to get some comfort and not lose out... If i still have a licence i will be out to play when the sun comes back !
ORIGINAL: Stuart Mackay I have had good results with my contis on road and track set to 32 psi

I was recommended 28 34 It defiantly improves ride and hopefully tyre wear Iu just cant afford to replace tyres ever 8k The last 4 mm is much better I do not push the car, drive it very fast or corner hard Been there done that cant afford the tee shirt. I think if I was going out for a hard fast drive I would increase the tyre pressure to that recommended

Hi Richard Just a thought. I wonder if all the companies that recommend lower tyre pressures would be prepared to replace the vehicle insurance if, after an accident, the insurance company decided not to pay out because the tyre pressures were not as recommended by the manufacturer. Please note that I am not suggesting Insurance Companies will use any excuse not to pay out!!!!
