Which boost controller did you go for, I would like an apexi but they are £££ and rare!

I fitted the one supplied with the Vitesse Racing set up. Works well and relatively easy to configure.

They are not rare and not necessarily ££££[;)] I have one with nowhere to go. I was going to put it on ebay as soon as I can clear out the spare room and get access to the cupboard it is in.

A DPW is a comparative device - it is comparing the pressure either side of the diaphragm.

I don't think the diagram is quite correct at the top of the thread. I thought the banjo bolt take-off is on the hardpipe that is the output of the IC i.e. between the IC output but before the throttle valve?

Diag is correct - the banjo bolt is on the pipe coming from the turbo - before the intercooler

Ah yes, that is because that is the point of max boost before any pressure drop. The banjo bolt usually feeds the cycling valve and when it detects overboost the cycling valve rotates and exposes the top of the wastegate to max boost pressure to ensure it opens and dumps exhaust manifold pressure.
