Hi peely
I have ventilated, electric, heated seats and a heated steering wheel, all specced by the previous owner, you can have the heat on and ventilator going (great for those scared passengers recovery cycle). The heated steering wheel heats up quickly but the bottom section heats up quicker then the part you would normally hold. The ventilated seats give a great cooling effect although I have yet to try them out in earnest and yes, the leather is perforated to allow for the air flow, There is also a cowl on the back of the seat low down which would blow the cool sweaty air onto any rear passengers feet. The idea is that it takes the moisture away hence the reason for it sucking but it seems to work well
Not sure what the options are on the turbo but spec sounds great
