Visit to Prodrive - Sunday 10th March 2013

Hi All,
Thank you for all your responses. We are now up to the maximum 35 people allowed for the visit. I would like to sort out the money before we go so please will you send me a cheque made out to Porsche Club GB for £27 per person (i.e. Two people £54). I need to recieve all the cheques by the end of February so I have time to get them to our finance manager to bank and raise a PCGB cheque made out to Prodrive.

Any chance of sending you over the money via bank transfer at all Jason? I have no idea where my chequebook is, or if I've even got a current one at all!

No probs if not, will just have to speak to the bank about getting a new one.
 
Hi All,
It has has been brought to my attention that the 997 register is quoting £25 for a similar trip in the afternoon and that you can pay on the day which conflicts with the information I have been given by Prodrive. I will ring Prodrive and get this sorted out on Monday and post after the conversation.

Hi All,
I have spoken to Prodrive today and they have agreed that the price should be reduced to £25 per head to match the 997 register trip in the afternoon. Also they are happy for us to pay individually on the day by either cash, credit card or debit card which means that I don't need cheques from you before the visit. Thank you for the cheques that I have received so far, I will send them back to you over the next couple of days.

Currently all the 35 places on this visit have been allocated and I have another two pairs of people on the reserve list who would like to come along. Please let me know if your plans change and can't make the visit so I can offer your place to the people in the reserve list. In the meantime I understand that the 997 register currently has some spaces for the afternoon visit (Please see their forum post for details).

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need more information and I look forward to meeting you at the event.

Hi Jason,

I am sorry for the late notice but I am afraid that I won't be able to make the meeting afterall.

I do hope that you will be able to offer my places to someone on the reserve list. (For some reason my name appears twice - it was for one car and two people).
