WANTED: 997 GT2

ORIGINAL: bryce

Going by the line up in your sig, I'm sure you'll understand the turbo doesn't quite push the buttons in the way the gt2 does...

You need a decent ride in one, then!

My Gt2 was a wonderful car, but there was always a problem with front splitter damage (usually out of petrol forecourts) and the undertray (on the yumps). The cup tyres weren't particularly practical for road use as they hated standing water and wore out in 4K miles! They' were also in short supply and ideally you needed to order 2 sets at a time.

IMHO the Turbo S is more useable and better fun and you could have had the pleasure of driving around in one for the last 12 months instead of looking for a GT2 with one previous kind old lady owner. [;)]

Regards,

Clive.

Thanks Clive. Im sure the TT is a brilliant drive, however it just doesnt excite me like the GT2 does.

Oh, and way to make me feel better! I know I could have and should have had a stop gap car but there ya go.

Still looking!!
