Wastegate from U.S. ?.

ORIGINAL: Fen

To be fair I don't know of a modified one having cracked, but I do know of quite a number (6-10) of standard ones cracking through the body and as that part is re-used I can't see how they would be any less prone to it than stock ones.

My original one was cracked so I lost my core charge which is why it worked out more expensive than the Tial. When I asked Lindsay they said it was quite rare (I guess they must mean in the US) so i'll have to see how I get on with mine. I must check it out - it's been on there for a few years now.

I forgot that I managed to sell my standard one for £100 after I fitted the TiAL so it made the whole swap very cheap indeed. The buyer was replacing his cracked original

I apologise if I am contravening any rules here but if enough people were interested I could supply Tial 38mm wastegates with adaptor plates to suit the later crossover pipes (and possibly earlier crossover pipes as well).
The price would depend on size of order.

Gents,
Thanks for your interest, I really need to let this run for a little while, to gain a benefit for better buying power we need a few more involved.
I will be in contact with interested parties in a few days once I have a better idea of potential numbers interested.
