Young and upwardly mobile...middle aged and maturing nicely..or over the hill and reliving your youth.

What age are you Boxster drivers?

Alan (age 46)

Who is the oldest Boxster driver on this forum?

I'm 58 Alan and expect to be driving my grey machine, especially when the weather is nice, for many years yet!

Have fun!

60 but no longer own it looking for another one or possibly a 911 but it will be a Cab like the wind in my hair, well what is left of it [:D]

38 - thought I probably wouldn't be able to afford one when I hit mid-life crisis age so decided to get one while I still could.

Age does not matter, just get out there and enjoy it. I want to be driving a Porsche when i am 90 unless the brand changes in the wrong direction.

Phil 33
911 (996)

54. It's a mid-life crisis thing I suppose after years of driving 'ordinary' family cars, but less complicated than chasing women! And probably cheaper too!

Critch (987S manual)

At 69 I purchased my first Box. an '03 last Jan.Why the hell did I wait so long!!!! Best car I've ever owned and there have been quite a few in the last 52 years. Wife commented that they should have given me the SOFA membership with it .( Silly Old Farts Association).Life is too short to worry about the years ,after all it's just a number!!
Long live the "Geri----" Boxster owners.
Cheers,
Glenn [;)][:D]

First Boxster was a 986 2.7 when I was 30, and now I'm 36 and a proud owner of the best car I've ever owned!

feel like 2 x 18 year olds

Funny that, me too. Not sure the missus would approve though.

I'm 33 and have had the Boxster for 13 months and 2 days (not that I'm counting!). I still cannot believe I own one...., but am I glad I do, what with its good looks etc. However, I did have a 944 at 24 (which I owned for 6 years).
