Yes Haldex 4wd like the Golf R. 345 bhp with the dealer fitted ABT module, so it still has the SEAT warranty, which I recently extended for another 2 years. 370mm front discs, 2 degrees negative camber front and rear, adaptive suspension, carbon fibre front splitter, rear spoiler and rear diffuser. 7 speed DSG gearbox which helps it do 0-60 in around 4.5 seconds. It's easier to drive fast than my 944 turbo, and I reckon it would drive away from it in the wet, but the near the limit in the dry, you can feel it's a clever estate, rather than a proper sports coupe like the 944.Agree black is a lot of work!
The estate looks mint,is it 4wd?

Expensive sounding clonk has gone now...it turned out to be the lining on a handbrake shoe had come adrift. Not suspension expensive, thank goodness, but handbrake lining adrift. But driver's seat has to come out too! Anyway on Saturday a lovely quiet and smooth drive to Cobbs for breakfast, then Sunday to Classic Motor Hub at Bibury
Hi Graham
I done my handbrake shoes recently. No need to remove the drivers seat. Handbrake lever can be removed if needed with the seat in situ. Slightly fiddly but do-able!
Always good when the expected ££££'s isn't as bad as first feared!
