The 993TT looks great in blue (is that Lapis or another colour) has it also got a blue interior with white dials (very tasty). How do the two beastie's compare ?
Regards Grant
P.S. I see the house has had to take second place to the Porker fleet (only joking!)

The blue is actually iris blue(looks lovely in the sun!!looks like a dark blue/purple). As you noticed it does have a blue interior with grey leather and white dials.
The two cars are absolute beasts and very different. The 930 is just raw and uncomprimising, you have to give it respect(especially in the wet!) at all times otherwise it will bite back. The 993 can be very docile around town but can consume country roads with ease when prompted. The 4wd system gives it extra stability but still requires concentration in the wet. Currently looking at improving the suspension and increasing the performance.
cheers

Collect mine on Friday - Can't wait
you lucky ******* I came in on Sunday to Rivervale to show my wife the proposed new car only to find it sold and obviously to YOU!!!!,
Let me know what you think, is the jump up in performance worth the cost, am now looking for another decent TT..... Great colour, but still miffed you got there before me.
Regards...
So sorry to have beaten you to it..... (not)
To tell the truth I only went down to Rivervale to have a road angel fitted to my C2, and saw the TT in the show room, and I tell you I heard it whisper to me "come-on you know you want me,.. buy me.. take me" Then I made the fatefull error of asking what kind of deal could be done with a 1YO C2. The rest as they say is history. As to whether it is worth the jump, absolutely it is awesome. Figures on paper do not begin to describe the flexibility and performance right through the rev range that a TT delivers. Go for it
(and as soon as I wrest my digicam off the wife I will update my avatar
