Heres the SD cage as is now Simon. Let me know if you need more pics or advice.

Theyre very useful, thank you. Did you say that the A-post tube mounts onto the cabin floor and not onto the sill-top? Ive started another threadhere looking for pictures of this tube on both 924/early 944 and late 944/968 type cages. I have a 944 series 2 front and I want to fit it into a 924S, so Im trying to establish whether it will clear the dashboard - Im no wondering whether theyre fundamentally different, as mine bolts to the sill-top (as opposed to the floor on Martin Shorts cages, which arent particularly brilliant...
