], I'd be fitting those Teledials. Without the rim though? The only colours on the car are black and amber, so all-black wheels with coloured centres. No shiny silver details, it just stands out too much. Or standard silver over the whole wheel.

Isn't it just so impossible to get a concensus on aesthetics! [&o] Looking at that white car, all I see is the amber side-repeater. If that's the only part of the car you want to draw attention to then that's fine, but to me a white car with black (non-standard) decals and wheels should be totally B&W? Perhaps the Porsche badge can be left on the bonnet, but even the centre caps should be monochrome to me. As someone who isn't a huge fan of the clear lenses, that car needs them IMO. A black series one car has no silver trim. It has amber highlights with the indicators, particularly in the side-view, and amber highlights in the crested centre caps. That's all the detail it needs, to my eye, so either all-silver wheels to keep the period feel, or gloss-black for a different look, both are fine. I still think that the teles are the best wheel on the series one, with cookie-cutters possibly edging it if in good nick. Just a thought, but what would the new Fuchs look like? Is there a 17" version? [8|]

Increase the rear track and you promote understeer but the car isnt sensitive to rear offset otherwise. Spacing the front isnt ideal, but there are plenty of racers running wide-tracked (23m cars with 52mm wishbones and hubs). The biggest issue will be the los of the 'safe' steering in the event of a front puncture, but itll be no worse than an series one 944 in that respect. Youll need wheel bearings sooner rather than later.
