As a new Boxster S owner I'm hoping to be there too ... I'm also hoping to bring my 4 year old son providing I can get the airbag deactivation device installed in time ... I presume this will be ok ?

Regards

John

Please can you put my family down on your list to come along, it will be myself Nick , partner Biljana and our 2 kids Luka and Luis.

Total to date from our region is 16 cars, 28 adults & 5 children.

Explored the moors yesterday in the sunshine to offer a different route from last time.

Meet at Specialist Cars, Malton between 10 - 10.30 a.m. depart 11 am towards Helmsley B1257.
At Amotherby (approx 4 miles) take right turn to Great Barugh, Normanby, Marton to Kirby Moorside.
Join the A170, left turn towards Kirby Moorside - at roundabout turn right into town (suggested meeting point for north east members) - follow signs for Gillamoor and Farndale. On entering Gillamoor turn right signed Hutton le Hole and Farndale, stop for members to regroup and possible photo shoot. It might be advisable to split into smaller numbers for the drive up Farndale. On leaving Gillamoor, there is a spectacular view of Farndale and the moors before descending the hill - the left turn to Farndale West at the bottom of the hill is partly obscured and care should be taken (also lots of pheasants) Continue through the valley, passing Low Mill, bear left to Church Houses and Castleton. Turn right after the Feversham Arms in Church Houses, then sharp left to Blakey and Castleton, up the hill to junction of Hutton le Hole - Castleton road. Turn left to Blakey public house for rest break and allow to regroup. Continue through Castleton to Danby, at The Wellington Arms, right, then left towards Lealholm past the Danby Moors Centre. At junction turn left to Guisborough/Whitby and join the A171 road at the top of the hill, turn right to Whitby - when you reach the traffic lights in Whitby bear left to Town Centre, bear right at roundabout bottom of hill, after pedestrian crossing, turn right at roundabout towards the Endeavour Wharf car park, immediately left after Information Centre.

If you can let me know by the 10th May at the latest if anyone else wishes to join the run, please post your details or ring me on 01723 366925.
