Hi John & Moira

If we leave Malton around 11 a.m. should be at Blakey around noon - want to be in Whitby by 12.30 to take up the parking allocation. If you do miss any meeting point you can always head for the car park in Whitby.

Look forward to seeing you.

John & Rita

Hi John

Had a call last night from a new member from Silsden who would like to join us for the run (but not the fish and chips). 1 car, 2 people.

Hope this is OK

Ian

Hi Ian

Have added one car no meal to my list - if anyone else is interested please let me know by today - I am confirming numbers for the car parking.

Thanks

Have now arranged car parking with the Council on Endeavour Wharf (same area as last time) for 40 spaces - expected arrival time is 12.30 p.m. with lunch reserved at Trenchers for 2 p.m. Gives everyone time for a stretch and walk around Whitby - the Grand Turk is still in the harbour.

Our mobile number is 07767402273 in case anyone is delayed etc.

Numbers to date so far 28 vehicles with 52 for lunch. Nick of the North East region will ring me tonight after their monthly meeting if any more of their members are joining us.

Looking forward to a good turnout.

I won't be able to attend this Haddock Run due to Emmas advanced state of pregnancy, but could you please put my dad Richard down for one parking place and two lunches at Trenchers please.
If Emma is feeling up to it we may see you at some point during the day but I cannot say for sure.
Have fun and enjoy the drive!

Regards
Paul Hunter

Sorry John,

I should have said one parking spot and two lunches, one for Richard and one for John.
(Ian, we'll have less of the humour please, from a man in your position of responsibility![;)])

Hi Chris

Why not join some of us at Ferrybridge Services at 09h30 and we will show you the way to Specialist cars.
This would only work if you live either south or West of Ferrybridge

Let us know if you intend to be there, so we know to wait for you should you run late

Regards

Adam

Hi John,

That maes 3 of us

Look forward to seeing you all

Regards
John & Rita
