Very early stages of this and lots more to sort out (date, time of day, numbers) but due to the amount of interest of the proposed idea I thought I would post it up to gauge the numbers.
This is not a factory tour as that is strictly out of bounds.

What I can say is that the exclusive tour is for a minimum of 10 people and the cost is from £42 per person with extra for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea if required and depending on what time of day we are there.

Yes to all above as numbers do not seem to be a problem, within reason. As we have our Club night this Wednesday we will sort out a date and time for this and then I will put it on the Clubs website (and here) Had some more info back today. They can do catering for us but it seems quite costly to me and again we will discuss that on Wednesday. The tour takes between 1.5 to 2 Hours with refreshments afterwards. After our meeting Wednesday night I put some dates to Williams F1 and they came back to me today with this that I have now booked. Monday 22 June at 11.00 am to start. The tour will take between 1.5 to 2 Hours The cost is £42.00 in advance and non refundable but I still need to clarify how we collect the payment After the tour we plan on going up to Abingdon (1 hour drive) for a late ish pub lunch. The list stands as it is on here and with the emails I have had but at some time you will have to confirm your place, but not yet. We are over 20 and it is limited to 30 Hold fire with any payments and confirmations as I will update the info soon From other members feedback that have been before it sounds like it will be a good morning
