Windsor region service recommendation

Hi. I bought my 987.2 S Cayman from RPM way up at Knaresborough and 2 years on needs 60k service. RPM spectacularly good but it's 2013-mile trek and I would greatly welcome recommendation for top rate non-OPC specialist down thisaway. (Never, ever escaped from an OPC under 4 figs with my 987 Spyder)

Northway Porsche at Beenham (Just off M4 J12), a pragmatic and respected independent. They've looked after my 944 for the 17 years I've had it and for the previous owner. Walking distance from Aldermaston station so, for example, a friend living in Egham takes his 997 and 968 there. I'm in Oxfordshire.

Jumping on this thread for a similar request for my 981S - does anyone have any experience with Ninex in Maidenhead or any other recommendations for nearby indies?

Oddly enough my nephew lives in Burnham and is in the process of purchasing a 981 Cayman, so I’ve been looking at potential Porsche Independents in the area for his servicing requirements. Apart from Northway Porsche in Reading there’s RSJ Sports Cars in Slough, Tognola Engineering in Datchet and Porsche Torque in Uxbridge, all of which are well-established Independents.

I’ve not heard of Ninex though, but maybe it’s another one to put on the list?🤔 However, judging by their rather basic and uninformative [insecure!] website you get the impression that they’re a race outfit looking to capitalise on the Porsche maintenance and repair market. I’m sure that they’re more than competent in that respect, but I think that there are more well-established Independents in your area to whom I’d be taking my car. Just my tuppence worth of course!

Just FYI - I've just found out that Ninex are no longer trading...that's probably why you've never heard of them!

As someone who owns several Porsches and has used Ninex for several years, I found them very good. The company closed earlier this year due to the owner retiring.
