Winter/All season tyres

So you don't want them, neither do I (they aren't mine, but I thought seriously before deciding) are you saying that if anybody wants a set of winter wheels they are better off going to their local OPC and spending £2,144 and leaving these sat in the cupboard gathering dust? That could resolve delivery, I suppose.

No I already have winters and yours won't fit on a GTS. No idea why you appear to have an issue here. All I am saying is your tyres are more or less done and the only value is the wheels. good evening to you Sir!

Cam, I don't doubt you, it all depends on the model and presumably weight and power output. I was only speaking for my 2020 S.

Plus it seems in my befuddlement I was answering a post from back in the mists of time anyway!

ref those wheels for sale - they're 18's right - which fit the previous generation macan (pre 2017) - I got a new set in 2019 and they are all 19's minimum now for winters. They fit my macan gts perfectly and are I think goodyear tyres - bought from OPC.

The 18's are no longer standard issue and have potentially not much clearance on GTS brakes so probably not a good idea for a post 2017 car. Pre then fine I suppose as they were standard fit items then.

Anyway, using my 19 winters last two years and they're great - we don't get the snow much anymore - but even in the wet days down here in the south they're still useful and I can feel the difference driving on them in those conditions.

other thing about 19 inch winters is that they give you a bit more rubber between rim and muck, and the tyre choice is greater for that size than the 20 winters when I last looked.
