a) Porsche Cars GB accounts do not contain any reference to the financial aspects of the CoC and therefore would not wish them to be declared as part of the published CoC.
b) That reference is, and will be made, in the Club's accounts to sums of money spent that form part of the financial aspect of the CoC - however, the total amount indicated as being spent from the CoC arrangement may not be assumed to reflect the total sum involved as it may be greater in any one year then the spend indicated.

Trust me to be difficult but...................................................................ORIGINAL: petercook
I believe that the statements made regarding the financial aspects of the CoC were that:

There seems to be something fundementally wrong here. Before saying what, this is no reflection on the board or any individual. This is a statement of principal.
How can the accounts not accurately reflect money spent and sources of that money? It is simply wrong. Are we, the members meant to accept an auditors report (is there one?). It seems to me to be both wrong and unfair to put teh board in such a position. The potential for complaints and accusations, false or otherwise, is too much. Surely the club must have transparent finances!
