Hi Amy,
That would be fantastic thank you very much.
Means I'll definitely take the 968 instead of the family Panzerwagen! [:)]

Just booked the hotel for Friday and Saturday night ... many thanks for the tickets [sm=kiss.gif] Andrew & Allison

Thanks Greg .... Looking forward to it! Don't think i will be bringing the GT4 as just wasting valuable mileage on the motorway ....??!!!

Hi Greg, is there a meeting time/place for the drive down Friday morning? We'd like to head down with the group. Thanks!
Julie (& Darren)

We are looking to meet at Washington Services around 9.45am on Friday. leaving at 10.00am. Sorry for the slow reply Darren, wanted to check at last nights meeting what time the other members would like to head down.
Hope this works for you.

how many of you are taking your Porsche ... I'm in two minds and not sure of weather forecast ..???! Andrew & Allison x

Sorry I did not make the meeting this week Greg, I have had a slow puncture all week which finally got sorted this morning (long story).
I live only a few minutes from the Washington services but as I am also taking my brother-in-law who is on nights driving HGV's we probably won't depart until early afternoon.
Weather forecast looks the usual for Silverstone WEC weekend ...... cool, breezy, not much sun but at least no rain, supposedly !!!
Definitely taking the Boxster as it will be its first proper run out since getting it six weeks ago.

Four of us taking our cars, but it's not a problem taking others. Unsure if other marques will be allowed to park in the same area. Weather looks interchangeable makes for better racing though.

apologies ... i thought washington services was on A19 ..?!!! So what time past A689 roundabout approx or shall i just text you and see where you are ..?? A

Morning Andrew, we're leaving Washington around 10am. PM me your number & I'll text you as we're nearing the 689.

Great to see so many venturing down from the North East! (This personal endorsement has absolutely nothing to do with the excellent chocolate cake you gave me .... honest[;)])

Thanks Nick, you have Wendy to thank for that, some say she makes the greatest cake................................................................ .........................................................................In The World.

We are used to travelling a long way to enjoy events like this, (647 miles covered this weekend) but it goes without saying that R3 are always well received by the helpers, volunteers (directed to our parking spaces by the coolest PCGB marshall ever in true Top Gun style) and always extremely well looked after by all the guys and girls from the Cornbury House Dream Team (directors included)
Well done to all for keeping up the amazing standards, professionalism and effort. It's not just a given at events like this, we really do appreciate the hard work by all those involved, meaning the likes of us can just rock up and have a great time.
Sitting in hospitality, enjoying a coffee at the weekend, defrosting after sitting watching the racing, Amy told us all, "If anyone ever asks just what do you get for your PCGB membership, send them my way, I have a very long list!"

See you all at a nice 'local' event[;)], Donington, in a couple of weeks where the madness all starts again.:ROFLMAO:

I made the chocolate cake (under Wendy's watchful eye); I'm not just a car polishing god[:D]
