23rd July, Lotherton Hall Gates open at 10.00am.

Entry includes not only includes admision to the Porsche Festival but entry to the hall and estate. Lotherton Hall, Off Collier Lane, Aberford, Leeds, LS25 3EB

Yorkshire Region’s annual concours and celebration of everything Porsche, sponsored by Leeds based specialist Strasse and Specialist Cars of Malton.

If you wish to show in the visitors class please contact Mark Jessop R7 Regional Organiser asap.

Attracting over 400 cars there is something for everyone, from the concours competition, displays from Strasse and SCOM, Club pop up shop, race cars, trade village, Hog Roast, live band and normally great weather; all supporting the Candlelighters children’s cancer charity not to mention it's always great to support other regions where we can.

Anyone wishing to drive down together as in previous years, meet for 7.30am at Washington Services DH3 2SJ (Greggs and a toilet stop) leaving at 7.45am. Regroup at Scotch Corner 8.30am before continuing on to Lotherton Hall.

Please add to this thread if you can make it.

Don't forget to pre-order your discounted tickets : £6 per car available from PCGB shop.

Ticket booked for this......will be meeting with other R3 members starting 07.30am at A1M Washington services southbound, all welcome to meet there.......we had considered another stop at Scotch Corner, but BE AWARE the roadworks there are horrendous as we experienced last weekend going to the Donington Fastcar event, we had to queue to get into the services and queue to get out because of all the roadworks and temporary traffic lights. Maybe we can mention this at next weeks regional meeting.

Don't forget to pre-order your discounted tickets for this event via the club shop if possible.

Leaving a bit later than you Greg from Seaham. So hopefully add Derek, Alan, Barry and Kevin to the list. Cheers Derek

Greg I hear a lot of cars are having problems at Scotch Corner due to the new traffic lights been put up so will see you there

No problem Graham, I am hoping at 8.30am on a Sunday morning the traffic won't be a factor. (famous last words)

Andy the discounted offer is now closed, but you can pay the normal entry fee on the day at the main entrance £6.00pp.

Great day at the Yorkshire Porsche show, well done R17, over 500 Porsche attendees. Weather mostly held out, good showing from R3, and some stunning cars on show.

Thanks to Deb & Greg as always for being there to support, and to the rest of R3 for making it an enjoyable event.

regards Paul & Annabel

Thanks Paul great to see such a good turn out. I know the team from R7 have worked really hard to make this event what it has become today, something we can aspire to for our own regional show.

R3 always does us proud at these events and with a lot of the regulars busy it was great to see so many new attendees on the day despite the weather forecast, so well done to you all for braving the weather. I know I didn't get round everybody so apologies if I didn't catch up with you yesterday I was trying to get around as many concours entrants and members as possible to promote our Witton event (the work of an RO is never done)[:)]
