Yorkshire Porsche Festival - Lotherton Hall

I would like to say thank you to the organisers for a really great day out. I only recently joined the Porsche UK club and this is the 2nd event my wife and I have attended. What a great place to have the event!

The Hall itself was interesting as well, very educational, and the bird garden zoo too. We loved all the little details such as the notices asking people to take care not to mark the cars when walking past and the "Porsche vehicles only" at the entrance. It made use feel very privileged. We are in the R8 region, however it did not take much time to travel up (any excuse to have a good drive) We arrived at 10:!0 and were amazed how many cars had already arrived.

So congratulations to the organisers for a great event - hoping to return next year :)

Good to see all the R3 cars on Sunday.

Some nice pictures there Carlton, I have sent you a PM.

I am also going to book mark them in the Yorkshire section.

Sorry we didn't get chance to chat, it was mad busy on Sunday. It is great that R3 gives such fantastic support to the Festival - thank you. The event would be nothing without all the cars in the car park so we really appreciate everyone making the trip just to look around or to take part in the concours.

Thanks Mark & Carol and R7 for putting on another great event. We've never seen the field so full, a great turnout, especially given the weather forecast. We timed our departure well, as the rain only started as we joined the A1.

Thanks to all R3 members who supported the R7 event and for the great photos. There are more on our Facebook page, plus a great aerial video.
