'Fraid I won't be there. I haven't done anything about a quieter exhaust and to be honest I'm still feeling a bit "weird" after chickenpox.

As you might have gathered, it doesn't look like Beaky will be there - but I might still try to get along in Jasper to deploy my white lens. :p

Hope Bedford is great fun for all those going,WISH i could have gone, looking forward to hearing about it,lots of photos please[:)]

Have been told that Beaky won't be ready for Saturday. [:(]

Hi all,
If I can get out of working saturday i will try to come along and watch.
If anyone organises any other track days please could thay post it on the forum. Im just waiting to get the money for better brakes then i can get out on the track myself.

Im also thimking of selling my interior and getting two raceing seats, dose anyone know of any good ones but on a bit of a budget? Also how much do you get for selling the hole interior? I have cream half leather with the porsche logo in the middle of the seats, and its all clean and in very good condition.

Any info would be great, thanks.

The Sparco ones seem to be well made and good value. If you live near to GPR in Silverstone pop along and have a sit in the various models. I found the Rev model fitted me pretty much perfectly. Somewhere on the Paragon products website there is a tech article about fitting Sparco seats. Luckilly you don't have to buy anything special to fit them but ISTR you have to drill one hole. Some ppl with Porsche's like to spend vast amounts of money on leather covered special model Recaro seats. I can't see the advantage IMHO. One last point. If you ever intend to race your car make sure you get seats that are FIA approved. GPR can help with this but unfortunately one of the Porsche specialist suppliers sells a very nice looking and expensive carbon seat that isn't FIA approved and hence useless if you want to do serious motorsport.
