...even more annoying if you had to fork out again out of your own pocket because the insurance company had turned down your claim on the grounds that you knowingly caused the loss by driving the car when there is clear evidence that if you do so it is likely to catch fire.

Bet that stat has got some insurance underwriters sweating as I'd guess while 10 is known figure there probably will be others[][]
