B&M Short Shifter

Hi guys
I have just had a short shift fitted on a 996 tubo at Porsche Mid Sussex. it has tranformed the car.
Cost £279:82 for the part £145:41 for fitting.
If you are going to fit this yourself, be careful as the original has to be broken to remove.
If you contact Simon Beach at Porsche Mid Sussex he will be able to help, I think they have done 5 so far, the short shifts are difficult to get hold of at the moment.

Update.

I'm sorry for the delay - I have had to do a little work 9-6 (what an inconsiderate company I work for - expecting me to work...[;)])

What we are basically trying to do, is work it so that orders are taken through the club. But we will not likely be able to discuss this until next week.
Pricing is also not finalised, please bear with me on this!

So hold on to your gearknobs for the moment, we are trying to shift this along slickly, and not short change you!

That sounds very positive Mark. Thanks again for doing this.
I'm away all next week, so if you need to reconfirm numbers you know to count me in.

Regards

Luke

Hi Mark,

Spring (and prime upgrade time) are fast approaching - any news on a B&M deal ?

cheers

Hi Mark,

Been away for two weeks and have rushed back to see what progress is being made ...?

I'm sorry for the lack of update.
I had to talk to a board member to progress this, and then I have had that inconvenient thing to do that gets in the way of what you want to do between 9 and 6 Monday to Friday (Yes I DO have a job[8|] )

The update is that we are trying to work out a deal where we can order through Club Shop.
We CANNOT order direct from the distributors.

Pending everyone on both sides being happy whether we can do it - we should have a good deal. [:)]
