i don't think they can be repaired but i understand they can be replaced but it's a specialist job so i would expect it's expensive.

i.e. replace a plastic screen with a cosy, heated, non-spliting glass one.

Apparently not as the whole mechanism will have to be replaced to as the 03> has 4 hoops inside as compared to <03 having 3
eg. Bumps in the roof [
To keep the plastic clean and supple Zymol is the best I have found unless anyone has tried anything better.

I've never tried Zymol, but Hindsight absolutely kicks ass! I treat my back screen twice a year, once just before the summer kicks in and once before I put the hard top on for the winter and its fantastic. It's even reduced the number of times I need to perform the legendary Boxster chop because the plastic screen folds much more easily.
I don't work for Hindsight - honest! [

Is there really such a thing caled Hindsight? I thought that you were joking the first time you mentioned it. Where do you get it from?
Like Oliver's wife, I also find it difficult to clean the inside of the windscreen. I just can't seem to get the wind deflector off, as I'm scared I might break it as it seems awkward. Does anyone else have that problem? A friend of mine has a boxster, and he couldn't get it off either.
