Draycott, just south of the A52. I simply cannot wait to collect the car...probably about 10 day countdown...! Happy to meet up for sure!

Register members now number in excess of 700 and at the recent rate of recruitment it will probably reach 710 by the end of the month. Numbers in many regions are in excess of 35 but not all are active in visiting the regional meetings, I'll remind all that we have a clubhouse open day at Cornbury House on 12th March.

Hi Jeff

Just joined both clubs. I haven't picked up the Porsche yet but would like to attend meets as soon as I do, on Saturday.

Pete

Sorry if this a dim question but do you become a member of the register from the data that you put in when you join the club or is there a separate process to join the register ?

Hi all,

I have just recently joined, having collected my 09 plate gen 1 S just over a week ago. I am West Midlands based and hope to attend some meetings.

New surrey member here following a recent GT4 purchase. Only had it for just over a week but absolutely loving it so far. Hope to come to the next R29 meeting as well as others.

I'm on the forum regularly, joined PCGB January/February this year, became a gen 2 Cayman S owner on 1st April ! All going well and getting used to it, it's great. Just started getting involved with R12, also have Kevan's planned June meet at Duxford in the diary.

I have window stickers but they also have them at Cornbury House, so email myself cayman@porscheclubgb.com or the Membership Secretary mem@porscheclub.com , I also leave stickers on Caymans at any events that I attend provided they have club stickers since not all like to use stickers on their cars.

Due to data protection however I don't have anyone's full address and so it is necessary to inform me of that if emailing, club office will have the address and will want your membership number.

For those members wanting to attend their own region check Porschefile, the booklet that drops through the letter box about three or four times a year with your copy of PP, you are also allowed to use other regions as sometimes they are more convenient or you may be on holiday in their area.

The Cayman register is now one of the larger registers in our club with over 750 members up from 220 when I took it on over four and a half years ago, it is also one of the most active on the forum and the Duxford get together next month while not being an official club meeting will give us an opportunity to meet up, see each other's cars and to see the viability of such register get togethers. I'm now thinking of another to be at the Leeds Armoury later in the year which will suit for many keen members in the north but first I'll see how things go at Duxford.

Duxford is the 8th June, not sure what post this was in from Kevan as the forum search is not working well on Chrome, at least, at the moment.
