goof to meet you in saturday Mike

Hello Deb,

We'd love to join you on the 2nd of April.

We'll join you for breakfast and the drive over to Masham but we'll make our own arrangements for lunch.

Thanks,

David & Marg.

Hi Greg,

Could you put mine and Michelle's name down for this one and include breakfast and lunch please!

Hope you are both keeping well,

David

Hi everyone and sorry for the delay, it has taken a little longer than anticipated to get the menu info for this year's Cobwebs drive.

See attachment for the menu and please can everyone wishing to attend this year’s run make sure they fill in a booking form regardless of whether you want food or not.

Hello Greg & Deb,

I was a bit slow spotting this - no change there.

I have completed the form and John and I will attend if you still have spaces.

Stephen.

A bit late to the party, but Chris and I are in as well :) I'll complete the booking form today.

Please book via the booking form even if you are only joining us for the drive.

Just a quick reminder as to why we ask everyone who wishes to attend this event to pre-register.

Firstly, it helps us to fully understand and manage numbers so that we can hopefully meet your expectations.

Secondly, we don't only have a duty of care to everyone attending but other road users to, if we simply allowed everyone just to turn up this member benefit experience would be at risk of becoming a free for all, which would be no fun for anyone.

Thirdly, we ask that everyone takes the time to register to allow us to collate your current email and contact details so we can send you your route map and iternary nearer the time.

Thank you all for your kind co-operation.

Greg & Deb

I will be closing the booking at the end of the week.

A gentle reminder to everyone who has expressed an interest on this thread, without a booking response I will be unable to send you joining and route instructions. Due to the nature of the roads over The Stang and Buttertubs this will not be a convoy drive, more of a sedate scenic tour. An alternative route suggestion will be provided, avoiding the single track sections.

Even if you just want to join us for the drive, please use the booking form on the very first post of this thread.

Hi Greg,

I completed the booking form for Hazel and me, including our lunch choices. But I can’t see that I received confirmation, can you please confirm you received my form (just to put my mind at rest).

Thanks Greg.

(perhaps it’s just me but I find the Forum very clunky and confusing - of course it could be an age thing 🤭)

Hi Greg,

Please ignore my earlier post. I've now found the form that I submitted. Operator error :p

Thanks

Geoff

Hello Greg and Deb,

Just confirming the drive from cross lanes but no lunch. Filled in the booking form so you can track numbers. Thanks for organising.

Raj

Posted early on to express interest but only just seen booking form says it's closed, have I missed out?

Hi Greg

i confirmed I was coming along (but not stopping for lunch) but think I’ve missed the booking form 😭😭 I was just in the forum checking timings. Could you check if I’m in please? Cheers, Paul
