Cotswold Rally

Thanks to all of you who came today, yet again it was a hugely successful event and the organisers did an outstanding job. Next year will be just as over-subscribed, with people disappointed that they can't get a ticket. Book early! [:)]

Another great event, thanks to Geoff for organising it for the 10th year. Congratulations to Paul, John, Rick and Mostyn for their well deserved awards [:D] I didn't take many pics, but here's a few of the day: A packed carpark before the start:

This is my favourite pic, and for anyone that didn't attend those were indeed camels in the background... The silver 356 followed our convoy on the way out and it really did look pretty. I think it'd be almost the perfect vehicle for the day and would have loved to have been in one on the way back (although I suppose I should add that I'd have taken almost any car with opening windows :ROFLMAO:). Needless to say I'm already looking forward to next year!

Thanks to everyone who organised it...everything just perfect, and we appreciated the hard work that went into it: Cornbury House, a great route, fantastic tidy parking at the lunch stop, and yet again Geoff came up with ideal weather. Best of all, the Tulip notes were easy to follow and even with Mrs W navigating we didn't get lost!!!

Yes a great day all round ! The route, halfway halt and weather were spot on and it was great to see so many different and varied examples of the marque there in what was a friendly and convivial atmosphere. [:)]
