Donington Historic Featival Sat 5th / Sun 6th May

Hi Tom/Kerry. On behalf of everyone from R7 who attended Sunday, thank you both for the great hospitality and warm welcome. The coffee was greatly appreciated and the parking arrangements were more than satisfactory considering the lack of spaces for the immense turnout which was to be anticipated after the similar great day last year.
The weather wasn't as good as it could have been but at least it was dry!
Daniel and I enjoyed the parade lap but I would have thought 2 laps would have been better.
Looking forward to next year already

Hi John and Jane

I have since had an apologetic email from the organisers of the Historic about the I lap on the parade lap and Mike was correct they were trying to make up time after the delay with the E Type accident (Both drivers are all OK which is good news)
We did have two laps on Saturday.
Pleased you enjoyed the day and see you next year (if not before).
